A seasoned authority on adjusting and risk management, Jim Johnston has been a part of Collins & Company for 30 years. He began his career at the company while a student at the University of Tennessee, and after graduating Cum Laude in Chemistry he was promoted from claims adjuster to Knoxville branch manager. From multimillion-dollar claims and catastrophic losses to litigation and policy writing, Jim is fluent in every aspect of our service, and he continues to set the standard for knowledgeable, dedicated client service.

With 25 years of insurance adjusting and claims supervision under his belt, Greg Bankston is our company’s foremost authority on claims operations. He became a branch manager after two years with Collins & Company. Greg is a past president of both the Chattanooga and Tennessee Claims Associations, and his expertise ensures that our claims offices maintain the utmost quality.

Since joining Collins & Co. two decades ago, Chris Cain has built a solid reputation as a dedicated claims expert. A former president of the Tennessee Claims Association, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in liability investigation and third-party administration to the office of Workers Compensation Division Manager. Qualified and committed to providing excellent service, Chris is licensed as an adjuster in five states, and is a Certified Workers Compensation Professional.
