Headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, our regional focus means our clients receive responsive, personalized service that is hard to find with larger national corporations. Our adjusters deliberately carry low caseloads, which gives them freedom to customize a program that is right for you. We strive to meet your needs at every step.   • 1969 - Collins & Company was formed in Chattanooga, Tenn., by Mr. Cecil Collins and Mrs. O.M. Collins.
  • 1984 - Our first branch office opened in Knoxville under the management of Mr. Jim Johnston, who is now company president. In the years since, Collins & Company has opened 16 branches throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Kentucky, where growth is overseen by Mr. Greg Bankston, vice president.
  • 2006 - Collins & Company, Inc., experienced a period of regional growth with the acquisition of Pearce Claims Service of Memphis. Mr. Harris Pearce became regional vice president over all Tennessee claim offices.

Today, Collins & Company serves over 400 satisfied clients—from insurance companies and self-insured corporations to trucking services, municipalities and public utility companies. While our staff has grown over the years to 17 offices in four states, we still offer the same dedicated, individualized service we did as a two-person team.
